Gloss
Name: Gloss
Gender: Male
Age: Early-Mid 20s
District: 1
Family: Cashmere (Sister)
Occupation: Mentor, Victor, Career Tribute
Weapons: Dagger
Gloss and his sister, Cashmere, were both described as being classically beautiful. It is presumed that he has blonde hair like his sister. Considering that both were Career Tributes, Gloss and Cashmere were physically stronger than most of the other Victors, being relatively young and from pampered District 1. He was killed when he slit Wires' throat, resulting in Katniss shooting an arrow at his temple. She didn't miss.

Cashmere
Name: Cashmere
Gender: Female
Age: Early-Mid 20s
District: 1
Family: Gloss (Brother)
Occupation: Mentor, Victor, Career Tribute
Weapons: Unkown
Due to the fact that Cashmere was a Career Tribute, it is likely she killed many tributes during her original Hunger Games. It is not specified if she killed anybody during the Third Quarter Quell. A victor in a past Hunger Games, Cashmere was reaped along with her brother Gloss for the Third Quarter Quell. She and Gloss both won the Hunger Games in consecutive years when Katniss was younger. As a Career Tribute, Cashmere was arrogant and conceited, even though she didn't become friends or allies with Katniss, she and her brother still managed to become friends with the other tributes.

Brutus
Name: Brutus
Gender: Male
Age: Early 40s
District: 2
Family: Unknown
Occupation: Victor, Mentor, Tribute
Weapons: Spear
Inside the arena, Brutus, along with Enobaria, Cashmere and Gloss, approached the Cornucopia, where he had shown a unique way of dodging Katniss's arrows with his belt. However, he, along with the other Careers, were driven off by Katniss and Finnick who got there before the Careers. Johanna stops and cuts out Katniss' tracking device to make it appear that Katniss is dead, and then leads Brutus and Enobaria away from her. In the chaos that followed, Enobaria stabs Beetee, yet again, but doesn't manage to kill him as Finnick chases her away. Brutus runs into Peeta who had recently met up with Chaff. In the battle that follows, Chaff is killed by Brutus, and Peeta, in a fit of rage, kills Brutus only seconds later Brutus placed 7th out of 24 and was the last to die. Shortly after his death, Katniss destroyed the arena and ended the Games, leaving six surviving Tributes.

EnoBARIA
Name: Enobaria
Gender: Female
Age: 30s
District: 2
Family: Unknown
Occupation: Victor, Mentor, Tribute
Weapons: Teeth, Throwing Knives
When Enobaria had become old enough to participate in the Hunger Games, she volunteered to perform in the 62nd Hunger Games. She became famous for ripping another tribute's throat out with her teeth during the 62nd Hunger Games. She would later become a Mentor alongside her fellow Victors for the Tributes from District 2. After winning the Games, she had her teeth cosmetically altered to end in sharp points, like fangs, and tipped with gold to remind everyone of her savage victory. Enobaria was reaped along with Brutus, a male Victor from District 2, to compete for a second time in the 75th Hunger Games, also known as the Third Quarter Quell. While training, Enobaria fought Katniss to see her skills with a sword, though it was obvious that neither one of them was fond of each other and in no way wanted to form an alliance. Enobaria joined hands on stage during the interviews with the other Victors before the start of the Quell to show their strength, though she was reluctant at first.

District three
Beetee
Name: Beetee
Gender: Male
Age: Unkown
District: 3
Family: Unknown
Occupation: Victor, Mentor, Tribute, Inventor
Weapons: Wire, Technology
Nickname: Volts
Beetee is a past victor of an unspecified Hunger Games. Because he was from District 3, it was assumed that he didn't have as much of a chance in the arena as the other tributes. He got electronic supplies from the Cornucopia and crafted an electronic trap which killed off all the remaining tributes bringing him victory. Beetee was reaped again to participate in the 75th Hunger Games. In the Tribute Parade, he and Wiress wore electric bulb studded outfits, which Katniss noted that the District 3 stylists may have taken inspiration from Cinna and Portia's design the year before. Beetee, along with Johanna, Blight, and Wiress, experienced the 'blood rain', one of the clocklike dangers of the arena. When they found Katniss, Peeta and Finnick, the trio was taken down to the beach to be cleaned up.

Wiress

Gender: Female
Age: Early 30s
District: 3
Family: Unknown
Occupation: Victor, Mentor, Tribute, Inventor
Weapons: Coil
Nickname: Nuts
Wiress was a female tribute from District 3. She competed in and won a previous, unspecified Hunger Games, and then participated again in the 75th Hunger Games. In the second set of Games, she was at first rejected by many to be an ally, except for Katniss Everdeen who wanted her as one. She later proved her worth when she revealed to her allies that the arena was shaped and operated like a clock by saying "Tick tock" repetitively until Katniss figured it out. Knowing this, Katniss and the others were able to predict the devastating obstacles the Gamemakers arranged. Wiress showed that she was always one step ahead of the others, but could only be understood by her loyal companion Beetee, and eventually Katniss. She was given the nickname "Nuts" by Johanna over the years since her victory.

Finnick odair
Name: Finnick Odair
Gender: Male
Age: 24
District: 4
Family: Annie Cresta (Wife) Unnamed Son
Occupation: Victor, Mentor, Tribute
Weapons: Trident & Woven Net
Finnick Odair was a male Victor from District 4. He was known for winning the 65th Hunger Games at age 14 and survived the 3rd Quarter Quell, aka the 75th Hunger Games. He was the husband of Annie Cresta, and father of their son. Finnick died during the Second Rebellion. While on the mission to President Snow's mansion, the group was attacked by lizard-human mutations. After everyone had made it up from the tunnel; Katniss heard someone yell. She shined the flashlight down and saw Finnick fighting with the mutts. While fighting off the mutts, Finnick was decapitated before Katniss could rescue him. Katniss at first views Finnick as extremely flirtatious and using a "seductive purr" when he speaks. She is unable to read his motives when they are in the arena together, but believes that she would be better off killing him sooner rather than later, until he revives Peeta

mags
Name: Mags
Gender: Female
Age: 80s
District: 4
Family: Unknown
Occupation: Victor, Mentor, Tribute
Weapons: Awl, Knots
Mags was the female Tribute from District 4 during the 75th Hunger Games for which she volunteered. She was also a Victor from a previous unspecified Hunger Games, most likely the 7th-13th. Mags died on Day 2. When the poisonous fog was emitted, Finnick carried her while she was sleeping. When the fog damaged Peeta's legs and rendered him unable to walk, Katniss carried Mags as she was unable to help Peeta, but Katniss was also affected by the fog, and Finnick was unable to carry both Peeta and Mags. Realizing that they would be killed by the fog if they could not move faster, Mags kissed Finnick and courageously sacrificed herself by running straight into the fog so Finnick, Katniss, and Peeta could live. Katniss described Mags as "falling to the ground in a horrible dance" when she was dying and Katniss honored Mags for her bravery.

johanna mason
Name: Johanna Mason
Gender: Female
Age: Late Teens-Early 20s
District: 7
Family: Deceased and Unnamed
Occupation: Victor, Mentor, Tribute
Weapons: Throwing Axes, Wrestling
Johanna Mason is a female victor of an unidentified Hunger Games from District 7. She was reaped for the third Quarter Quell. She was one of the youngest tributes in the Quarter Quell. She is the last living female victor of District 7, whose principal industry is lumber. In her original Hunger Games, Johanna pretends to be a weakling, feigning hunger and fatigue, when in reality, she is sly and cunning, described by Katniss as having a "wicked ability to murder." Johanna is proficient with an axe, as she comes from District 7, where the main industry is lumber. It is hinted in Catching Fire that all of Johanna's loved ones have been killed by President Snow and the Capitol after her Games, as she tells Katniss that there is "no one left she loves." Johanna is very sly and perceptive. She understands the greater good of the districts and is willing to give up her life for freedom. She can be pert and difficult at times and is an expert at deception. She is described as sarcastic and snarky when she's not having a "victor's breakdown". She is very gutsy when it comes to showing her dislike of the Capitol. She is not afraid to show her feelings about the Capitol and President Snow. During her interview for the third Quarter Quell, she complained that the "deep bond" between victors and the Capitol should not be severed and wondered if something could be done to change the Quell.

woof
Name: Woof
Gender: Male
Age: Mid 70s
District: 8
Family: Unkown
Occupation: Victor, Mentor, Tribute
Weapons: Unknown
Woof was described by Katniss to be an old Tribute, much like Seeder and Mags, who was hard of hearing and had started to lose his ability to focus. He was generally not seen as a threat during the third Quarter Quell, and was killed quite fast. It can also be assumed that he cannot swim, due to the time it took for him to get to the Cornucopia. In the arena, Woof was situated next to Katniss in the ring of plates. It was shown later that night that Woof had died in the bloodbath at the Cornucopia as well as Seeder, Cecelia, the male morphling, and 5 other unnamed victors. It is unknown who killed Woof and how they accomplished it. It is revealed at the end of Catching Fire that Woof was part of the alliance of victors that wanted to keep Katniss alive to ultimately start the rebellion and end the Games forever.

Name: Cecelia
Gender: Female
Age: Around 30
District: 8
Family: Three Unnamed Children
Occupation: Victor, Mentor, Tribute
Weapons: Unknown
Katniss Everdeen said she was about 30. Her motherly instincts caused Katniss to want to become her ally. Effie Trinket expressed dismay and commented "Oh, not Cecelia" when she was reaped for the Third Quarter Quell. In training, it is revealed that her fellow tribute from District 8, Woof, stayed fairly close to her. They eventually invited Katniss to the bug station, who tried asking them about the uprising in District 8, but changed her mind at the last second. It is revealed at the end of Catching Fire that she was one of the victors who knew of the rebellion and was part of the alliance to save Katniss. Though it is unknown exactly how she died, Cecelia was killed in the initial bloodbath during the 75th Hunger Games most likely by a Career Tribute. It is unknown if she killed any tributes.

chaff
Name: Chaff
Gender: Male
Age: 40s
District: 11
Family: Unknown
Occupation: Victor, Mentor, Tribute

Chaff seemed to be a troublemaker, as Effie implied when she said "he never could stay out of a fight". Chaff loved to laugh and was one of Haymitch's close friends, the two often drank together. Chaff joked by kissing Katniss on her lips and laughing with Haymitch at her reaction. However, he did have his soft side, shown when he was friendly and kind to Katniss and Peeta during the training sessions, when he backed Seeder up during her interview, and when he joined hands with the other Victors at the end of the interviews without hesitation.

seeder
Name: Seeder
Gender: Female
Age: 60s
District: 11
Family: Unknown
Occupation: Victor, Mentor, Tribute
Weapons: Unknown
Seeder won a previous Hunger Games, and, after she won, did not turn to drink or morphling but instead tried to remain healthy. She was reaped again for the 75th Hunger Games, a Quarter Quell. Seeder embraced Katniss after the chariot rides through the Capitol, assuring her that both Thresh's and Rue's families were safe, as the uprising had started in District 11 during the tour that followed the 74th Hunger Games. During the time between training and the opening to the Quarter Quell, Katniss decided she wanted Seeder as her ally in the arena, but overall decided against having allies as she was getting too close to the other competitors, thinking she wouldn't be able to kill them in the end to ensure Peeta's victory. In the arena, Seeder was one of the Tributes who died at the Cornucopia on Day 1, causing Katniss much grief. She was also one of the Tributes in the Victors' alliance that was trying to keep Katniss alive. However, she died before she could help Katniss.
